Dual Protection
Chainsaw Protective + Flame-Resistant PPE
One chap. Two threats. Zero compromise.
More risk? More protection.
Every exterior component of the FLARE chap is flame‑resistant. We layer internal flame-resistant fabric with chainsaw protective layers that extend from waist to ankle to guard against chainsaw contact.
The result is PPE that respects the realities of the work: layered, intentional, and engineered to perform together.
It’s protection that stays predictable, even when the environment isn’t.

Traditional chainsaw chaps are optimized for cutting hazards but aren’t designed to perform around heat, sparks, or open flame. And flame‑resistant pants provide thermal protection but offer no defense against a rotating chain.
FLARE was developed to bridge that gap—layering certified chainsaw protection with certified FR garments to create a unified solution for complex job sites.
